CANCELLATION POLICY
A 60% fee will be charged for any appointment that is canceled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 60% of the service total. The 60% must be paid before you are able to reschedule. If it is not paid, you will not be able to book another appointment. I completely understand that life happens; however, frequent last-minute cancellations and no-shows are unfair to my business and to other clients who may have wanted that appointment time. After two cancellations or no-shows, I will no longer be able to accept future bookings. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $5 late fee will be applied. After the initial 10 minutes, an additional $2 will be added for every 5 minutes late. If you are 20 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the 60% cancellation fee will be charged. If you’d like to book outside of my available booking hours, there will be a $20 convenience fee added to your service. This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine, and to ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to book efficiently. Thank you for understanding and supporting my business.
