CANCELLATION POLICY
A 60% fee will be charged for any appointment that is canceled or missed within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. I completely understand that life happens; however, frequent last-minute cancellations and no-shows are unfair to my business and to other clients who may have wanted that appointment time. After two cancellations or no-shows, I will no longer be able to accept future bookings. If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours and choose to reschedule, you will be given one opportunity to rebook. However, if the rescheduled appointment is canceled at any time, whether it is more than 24 hours before or within 24 hours, the 60% cancellation fee will still apply. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $5 late fee will be applied. After the initial 10 minutes, an additional $2 will be added for every 5 minutes late. If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and the 60% cancellation fee will be charged. If you’d like to book outside of my available booking hours, there will be a $20 convenience fee added to your service. This policy is in place to respect both your time and mine, and to ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to book efficiently. Thank you for understanding and supporting my business.
